OFFICIAL: AHMED KASSA TO LEAVE KIU TITANS

KIU basketball President, Nasser Sserunjogi confirmed on Wednesday 14th June evening that KIU Titans and shooting guard,Ahmed Kassa have agreed to part ways. "We have agreed by mutual consent with Kassa Ahmed that he finds a team of his choice for the remainder of the season to enable him get enough playing time as he desires. As a club we wish him all the best. We are happy for what he has done for the team," Mr.Sserunjogi confirmed in a statement on the club's media platform. Kassa has been part of the Titans family since 2019 when he joined us from Kampala University. It is important to note that he's been part of our recent success including helping the team to finish in the fourth position last season. We shall surely miss his personality and style of play. He will always be welcome to KIU Titans and it our prayer that he finds a team that suits his incredible talent. Thank you Kassa.
